Day 37: Kid Kinematics

Back at school today after a 4-day snowtober “vacation.” Here’s an
activity going on in one of my colleague’s classes: Kid Kinematics.
The task: Students try to walk/run with constant acceleration. They
take position-time data, graph it in Logger Pro, use the Slope Tool on
their position data to get velocities, graph velocity-time, and do a
linear fit on their velocity data. The student with the best linear
fit (correlation closest to 1) is the winner.
