Day 64: VPython Model of a Falling Coffee Filter

AP Physics C: Yesterday students collected data for falling coffee
filters to determine the relationship between air resistance and
speed. Today, they used that relationship to program a computer model
(in VPython) for the falling filters. The video shows the output of
one group’s model of a falling coffee filter dropped from a height of
10 meters. Velocity values are output in the background window; this
group’s model gives a terminal velocity of 1.29 m/s.
