Day 78: Another Rotational Practicum

It’s been a fun few days in AP doing practicums (or real live textbook problems). For today’s challenge, students had to predict the landing point of a ball rolling off the edge of an elevated ramp. They had attempted this problem previously, but failed because they didn’t know about rotational effects. Now that they have a firm handle on rotation, they get to try again. They come close, but we discovered there was an error in measurement for the ramp height.
